What we collect

The form collects your name, business name, email, mobile, industry, suburb and postcode, your confirmation that the business operates in Tasmania and your consent to early-access contact. It also records a submission identifier, consent version and a campaign source label when present in your link. The hosting provider records the submission date and uses security information to help filter spam.

How we use it

We use your details to assess local interest, manage registrations and contact you specifically about CallBack early access. Registering does not activate an SMS service or commit you to payment. The demonstration conversations are illustrative. We do not collect your customers’ calls or messages through this form.

Where responses are stored

The published page uses Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in the operator’s private Netlify dashboard and can be exported for managing the interest list. They are not published on the website. Netlify and its service providers may process information outside Australia and maintain operational/security logs. The site does not add advertising trackers or sell your contact details.

Your choices

You can withdraw your interest, stop further contact, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing hello@getcallback.com.au. We retain information while needed to manage your interest and early-access enquiries. Tell us if you no longer want to be on the list.
